(Free single chapter, Fengfeng has something to talk about.)

Hey, how many levels have you reached in your crisis contract? Have you exhausted all the supplies you previously stored?

Closer to home, there is still no plot in this official update, and no more information has been revealed. Taking this opportunity, Fengfeng would like to talk about some of his thoughts on writing a book.

This book was released in early June last year, one month after the public beta of Ark. At that time, the main plot was Chapter 4. Today, the official version has only been updated to Chapter 6, but the book has already written nearly 1.6 million words.

Some people feel that the development of this book is increasingly divorced from the official main line, and many original settings have nothing to do with the official line. I would like to share my thoughts on this issue.

In fact, I said in a chat a long time ago that I will absolutely respect the official settings and world view. Even if Xia Feng was tortured no matter how miserable, I did not add outrageous settings such as the system. The following black and white The twins and the four ancient stones are not out of place in the world view of Ark. Kjerag's god, Nian's true identity, the secrets in the deep sea, and the giant eye in the sky staring at Amiya in the PV all represent this world. complexity, and the upper limit that this worldview can bear.

In fact, all my plots are developed based on the information provided by the official, because this is what I want to write. For example, the incident of the Balrog of Rhine Life, the official only mentioned four words in the white-faced owl's trust information, but I did Relying on these four words, a detailed plot was written.

For example, the setting of Black Steel International was also developed based on the operator information, the things hunted by the deep-sea hunters, the operator information of Skadi and Ghost Shark, I expanded the teachings of the Deep Canon, and the situation of Ursus, including The layout of Gantry, the business capabilities of Penguin Logistics, Kjerag's Snow Mountain Incident, the setting of the Royal Academy, etc.

All my plot advancement settings are developed based on official snippets. This is not a random guess like a video analysis, but a plot that is detailed and connected with all the information.

Fengfeng doesn’t want to express the hard work of writing. What I want to say is that I have never deviated from the official settings. If the official information is detailed and fast enough, I don’t want to bother with original characters and guessing the plot.

The worldview of Arknights is very large, and the various elements are attractive enough, but the actual official plot is too little. Just imagine, if you only act in the official plot, all kinds of things will be severely limited, and you will not be able to do it at all. Show authenticity, like a canary in a cage, you can only see it at rest, but not how beautiful it is when it flies into the sky and truly spreads its wings.

As an author, I can't just rely on well-founded information. I need to expand on one point and find a way to connect all the points to build a complete story.

Just like the current Victoria chapter.

I came up with the Victoria incident based on Ms. Wang’s information. In fact, what I really relied on was the sentence “My hometown there, I may never go back.” 】

The Victoria incident is the most detailed and complex chapter written in this book. The reason why Vina said this sentence three years later proves that this incident has already happened. What I want to do is to restore it with just one sentence. The ultimate goal of the entire incident is to make this sentence disappear from Miss Wang's voice.

If the official mentions the Victoria incident in the future, I will definitely be backstabbed because I wrote it in too much detail, but I can’t stop writing just because I’m afraid of backstabbing, or wait until the official updates the details before writing. That would be too disturbing. What a joke.

I have thought about the whole Victoria incident, including the information about Wei Cao and Drake, but all the information shows that the incident did not occur at this time three years ago. It may be related to the descendants of Drake, but it is not the so-called My understanding of the decisive battle is that the Aslan tribe has ruled Victoria for many, many years, and the war between Aslan and Drak happened in the era of the previous king.

Of course, if you are slapped in the face by officials in the future, just face it hard. Who knows that Fengfeng is also stubborn?

What I want to express is that we will not be timid about taking any steps. As long as we are sure, we will write it out in detail and truthfully. I will never deliberately violate the official settings, but unfortunately there is no official setting at all. At this time, we can only set it ourselves. deal.

In short, as I said before, the most important thing when reading a novel is to have fun. The Victoria chapter is the one I pay the most attention to, and it must be exciting.

I don’t want to stagnate because there is no official update or I am afraid of being slapped in the face by the official. In fact, this is also the reason why many Ark fans have stopped updating or become eunuchs. I firmly believe that as long as I write a sufficiently detailed and true story based on this worldview, That's what really happened, or so I thought, huh.

Okay, I've been verbose a lot, maybe Fengfeng is getting older, hey.

Finally, I would like to thank Mr. Ju Di for the reward, and thank you all for the monthly reward and recommendation tickets. Ark is very niche at the starting point, and I respect every creator who can persevere. Authors who persevere in the face of adversity are very valuable. It doesn’t matter if it’s hard work or windy. We are thick-skinned and hard-headed, but when you read other works, please give the author more tolerance and encouragement, and understand that it is not easy for the creator. Please, knights of the Ark.

That's it, see you tomorrow.
